District and school licenses

Get a quote for the Co-Teaching Resource Library.

Tell us roughly how big the rollout is and we will send you a written quote. No call needed first.

What a license covers

One license, every pair on the campuses you name, so the tools reach the people teaching rather than sitting with one coach who has the login.

Nearly 200 tools, in 20 sections

Planning protocols, model guides, quick checks, walkthrough look-fors and research briefs, organized by what a pair is trying to do rather than by file type. All six co-teaching models are built out, each with its own section.

Everyone who needs it

Co-teaching pairs, coaches, site administrators and district staff across the schools on the license. Everything is editable, so a tracker can be rebuilt to fit your schedule instead of the other way round.

Onboarding, so it gets used

Every license includes a session to walk your teams in and show them where to start, and we point coaches at the pieces that match what they are already working on.

New tools through the year

The library grows during the license term. New tools land in the sections they belong to, and your teams see them the moment they are there.

Priced to the rollout

A quote is scoped to the number of schools and the number of people who will use it, so a single site and a thirty school district are not asked to pay the same way.

Coaching, if you want it

Some districts take the library on its own. Others pair it with co-planning days or coach training. Tell us which and the quote will show both so you can compare.

How the quote works

Step one

You send the basics

The form below takes about two minutes. Rough numbers are fine, and so is "we are still working that out."

Step two

We send a written quote

It lays out what is included, the term, the price, and the terms, in a form you can forward to whoever signs off.

Step three

Purchasing takes it from there

We can supply a W-9 and anything else your office needs, and we invoice against a purchase order. Nothing has to go on a card.

Request a quote

Only the first two fields are required. Everything else just makes the quote more accurate the first time, which usually saves a round of emails.

We will come back by email with a written quote.

Want to talk it through first?

Thirty minutes, free, and a good use of the time if you are still working out what the rollout should look like. You can ask for the quote at the end of it.

Questions we get asked

How much does a district license cost?

It depends on how many schools are covered and how many teachers and coaches will use it, so a single site and a thirty school district are not quoted the same way. Send the form on this page and we will come back with a written quote, with the scope, the term and the terms laid out so you can forward it.

Do we have to get on a call first?

No. The form is enough to produce a quote. A call is there if you want one, and it is free, but nothing about the quote depends on it.

Can you invoice against a purchase order?

Yes! That is how most districts buy this. We can supply a W-9 and whatever else your purchasing office asks for, and the invoice goes against the PO. Nothing has to go on a card.

Who gets access under a license?

Every co-teaching pair, coach, site administrator and district staff member across the schools named on the license, rather than one person with a login. Onboarding is included so the teams know where to start.

What is actually in the library?

Nearly 200 co-teaching tools across 20 sections: planning protocols, model guides, quick checks, walkthrough look-fors and research briefs, with all six co-teaching models built out. Everything is editable, and new tools are added through the year.

Can the license be bundled with coaching?

Yes! Some districts take the library on its own and others pair it with facilitated co-planning days or co-teaching coach training. Say so on the form and the quote will show both so you can compare.
