This unique professional learning day includes:

Customized Professional Development (~60 minutes): Tailored training to address your team’s specific needs, whether it's refining co-teaching models, scaffolding strategies, or leveraging data to inform instruction.

Independent Co-Planning (Multiple Hours): Dedicated time for co-teaching pairs to collaborate and design cohesive and differentiated lessons. Co-teachers are encouraged to utilize the morning content to guide their decisions in planning for the day.

Collaborative Check-Out Session (~30 minutes): A wrap-up meeting to share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and set actionable next steps for success. Additionally, an exit slip is provided at this time to capture reflections and feedback.
By the end of the day, co-teaching teams leave empowered with a clear roadmap, shared strategies, and the confidence to implement them effectively in the classroom.
